1. Website content
All information and depictions have been selected with the greatest possible care, and their accuracy checked. No liability is accepted for the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. The images and planning material partially serve to illustrate the proposal. We reserve the right to make changes at a subsequent stage in the planning process.
2. References and links
In respect of direct or indirect links to third-party websites that lie outside the author’s scope of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into effect if the Author were aware of the content and if it were technically possible and reasonable for him/her to prevent use of the third-party page containing unlawful content. The Author therefore expressly declares that, at the time of the links being published, the pages being linked to do not contain any illegal content. The Author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and content of the sites being linked/referred to. The Author therefore hereby expressly distances himself/herself from the content of all sites linked/referred to that have been altered since the time at which the links were published. This applies to all links published by the Author on his/her own website and to all third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the Author. The provider of the site being linked to – and not the person who merely links users to said site – is solely liable for any illegal, erroneous and incomplete content and, in particular, for any damages arising from the use or non-use of such information.
Groth Development GmbH & Co. KG operates the website "www.kunstcampus.de". We attach the utmost importance to the privacy of website users and comply with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG), the German Teleservices Act (Telemediengesetz, TMG) and other legislation and directives when collecting, processing and using data.
2. Data collection and processing
A log is kept of every visit to our website and every request for a file stored on the website. This information is recorded for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following data, for example, may be logged: the name of the file requested, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transmitted, a notification that the request was successful, the domain requested, the referrer’s URL, the time of the server request, the operating system used and the host name of the client computer (IP address). It is not possible for Groth Development GmbH & Co. KG to assign this kind of collected data to identifiable persons. This data will not be amalgamated with data from other sources. Any data collected will be deleted once evaluated for statistical purposes. Other personal data will only be collected if you provide it voluntarily or to the extent required to answer your query, to process contracts concluded with you, or for technical administration purposes.
3. Use and disclosure of personal data
It is not necessary for you to provide personal data to visit our website. If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use this data for business purposes. Your personal data will only be transferred or disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for business purposes (in particular, the transfer of order information to clients), if it is necessary for invoicing purposes or if you have given us your prior written consent.
4. Data collection due to the use of analytics services
Our website uses Google Analytics, a Web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how users use the site. They collect information about the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the site you visited immediately before your visit (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purposes of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Data used in this way will be anonymised or pseudonymised. More detailed information can be obtained from Google directly.
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how users use the site. They collect information about the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the site you visited immediately before your visit (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website. Cookies can be used to determine which websites are visited most frequently, thus enabling us to tailor the content of our websites more accurately to our visitors and optimise our products and services. Furthermore, this information enables the website to recognise you automatically the next time you visit and make it easier for you to navigate the site. For example, cookies enable us to adapt a website to your interests or save your password so that it doesn’t have to be entered every time you visit. Our websites can also be used without cookies. If you do not wish for your computer to be recognised, you can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting the ‘Do not accept cookies’ option in your browser settings. For more details on how to do this, please consult the instructions supplied by your browser provider. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of our website. You can delete cookies that have already been stored on your computer at any time.
6. Withdrawal and deletion
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Consent must be withdrawn in writing. Any personal data held by us will be deleted if you withdraw your consent for us to store it, provided that its storage is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is being held, or provided that the storage of the data is prohibited by law.
7. Right to disclosure
You are entitled to be informed at any time about any data held under your name or pseudonym, including the origin of the data, the recipient to whom the data has been transmitted and the purpose for which the data is held. If you submit a written request, we will be happy to provide you with information about the data held on you.
