Exploring new shores
KunstCampus stands out from many other new buildings in Berlin. In the heart of the city and with an unobstructed view of the water, this is a property that is elegant, fascinating, upmarket and unique – featuring fixtures and fittings that meet even the most discerning requirements with a touch of lightness. In other words, KunstCampus, with its 120 apartments, is Berlin's leading residential development. Furthermore, the surrounding area will become home to modern companies, hotels with welcoming names and exclusive residential properties over the next few years. So secure your place in KunstCampus – your new home in the Berlin of tomorrow.
Facts and figures
A place with lively past and exciting future
The waterside location of this piece of land opposite the Hamburger Bahnhof, which is one of the world’s top addresses for contemporary art, already hosted a variety of exhibitions in the past and this developed into a lively art and culture scene. It was therefore obvious that the ground floor of the KunstCampus should once again be home to galleries showing artworks, installations and sculptures by modern artists. Three up-and-coming Berlin artists, Lotte Günther, Sven-Ole Frahm and Friedemann Grieshaber, have already been invited to integrate their works into this project. You can already discover and experience them for yourself via images on this website and in the virtual experience tour of their future home.
